at court 23 november 2007

relating to the assault at Wesley united church ; were i punched a fella at the church for a provocating act ; and knocked him out ; well he died latter ; probably from a crack related addiction ; I'm told they found him face first into the kitchen table ; well any way they dropped all the charges ; only took a year ?? he died last April ; but i still did 7 days in jail ; good thing i found out he had died or i would still be in court ; the crown was not going to tell me or maybe they did not know ; besides why was the guy not in court every appearance like i am told you have to be if you file a private complaint ; what a crock of ............. / injustice / hey but that's all i have ever been served in hypocrisy land
