the matter of the assault that occurred at the soup kitchen ; the charges just dropped ; after i was rearrested for failing to get my finger prints ; i don't believe i was ever told ; i set no blame ; i told the three officers at the police station as i was being released 1/2 hour after i was arrested ; that is why i don't like to fight ; i could accidental drive your nose into your brain and you would be dead ; go figure ; the complainant died face first into his kitchen table ; without prejudice ;
