tasers

a technology not yet fully understood ; as but an aspirin/ or other medications it will work differently on different people ; for as a medication may react on one with side effects it may not work the same on others ; i don't believe their is criminal negligence on this matter at this time as defined by man in the criminal code to any specific individual ; better education and a cautionary deployment of the tool is required ; as probability it may need to be modified to a lesser voltage ; until at least the matter is resolved / rectified a cautionary usage is required to extreme situations ; but maybe the government should address the issues with the mother of the dead ; and pay for the funeral ; ? ; i have heath concerns and it might kill me as a result of those tasers if i was hit ; if i had a panic attack ; better education into matters of psychology to officers ; i recall a time some guards were having trouble with a prisoner ; i said hes having a panic attack ; it set the course of action different ; sorta like I'm claustrophobic to degrees ; i need a window open, even just a crack and a small fan running in my house / one room apartment ; as but one time i changed my diet ; went on a vegetarian diet ; had to go through ombudsman in complaint to government organization as i had bleeding ulcers and it was better for my dietary system until the wound healed ; and in age we all learn these things that we cant always eat the same as when we were children ; our bodies change ; its called getting old ;
