Questo ragazzino originario del Burkina Faso mi tiene spesso compagnia nelle solitarie skateate a Grumolo,nelle pause gli passavo la tavola per farlo girare un pò e nei suoi occhi leggevo la voglia che aveva di provare ed avere uno skate.
Nell'ultimo periodo ho messo insieme un set-up per lui con materiale di tutto rispetto e gli ho customizzato una tavola con gli spray...oggi finalmente sono riuscito ad incontrarlo per dargliela!!
Gli ho scattato questa foto dove si capisce tutto.
Non è la prima volta che faccio questo tipo di regali a qualcuno,ma credo che piuttosto che tenere una tavola o altro lì ferme preferisco regalarle ad un ragazzino come Malik che magari non diventerà mai un pro ma almeno riuscirà a cogliere meglio di altri la vera essenza dello skate!!!

Spesso negli spot si parla della videopart più pesa in circolazione,delle mega produzioni,dei super team che la moderna "industria" dello skateboarding ci offre...ho provato più volte a farmi piacere qualche "videonuovo"ma tra la musica superstilosa e le session monomanovra su super spot, non sono resistito più di due minuti...mi addormento!!!Ormai si crea attorno al pro quell'aura mistica di sponsor($$$$) misto a leggende metropolitane($$$$+$$$) e ci si dimentica di cosa realmente c'è dentro ad uno SKATER e ad un VIDEO di skate:sangue,sudore e lacrime( come direbbe un amico)...bhe a mio avviso questa è una videopart BELLA pesa...
