the flower and the thistle

the flower that bloomed i had ; notice the little bud(with quill like hairs on it or thistles) just under the leaves at the joint that forms a "V" that raises up to a white flower on top of each branch ; like the three crowns in the header of this blog ; like on the flag ; a coincedence ? ; the day (of landing back on earth) the shuttle that had the hole in the tile on the wing but did it happen to be in bloom to me ; interesting dont you think ;
