The process of creating the appearance that large amounts of money obtained from serious crimes, such as drug trafficking or terrorist activity, originated from a legitimate source.
Were not some rcmp involved in this back in the 1990's and were afraid they were going to end up in u.s. jails and doubled the coke trade in canada ; were did i put that paper ; maybe thats why its taking so long to get rid of the crack dealers ; and they get better treatment than i do ; the devil has more rights ; without prejudice ;
