Verizon Wireless drops XOOM and Galaxy Tab activation fee

Verizon Wireless iPad 2 already does not come with any form of tablet activation fee, so it makes perfect sense for the XOOM and Verizon wireless Galaxy Tab to follow as well - which means the mobile provider has also gotten rid of the additional $35 one has to fork out whenever they sign up for a data plan on either the XOOM or Galaxy Tab.
