Too Hot in Qatar? Perhaps these remote controlled clouds may cool things down

Okayy ... So the FIFA WC 2022 is scheduled to be hosted in Qatar, a small nation in the Middle East , where temperatures above 40 degress are not uncommon. So does that mean that you would have to shell hundreds of dollars for the VIP lounge?
Apparently not, for the nation has come up with an innovative plan of keeping things cool so that your cola stays just the way you like it...by constructing a fleet of solar powered artificial clouds, that hover over the stadiums , keeping temperatures on the field bearable.
This idea was proposed by a certain Dr. Saud Abdul Ghani, the head of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Qatar University.
The cost ? Each cloud costs approximately half a million dollars and will be operated by remote control. Plans to reduce the cost by offering advertising spots are under consideration.
A simple overhead shade would cost much less, but this one looks way cooler.
